PlanITPoker (https://www.planitpoker.net) provides a free online planning poker service for agile teams. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Planning poker session data

When you create or join an estimation room, we store room metadata, participant nicknames, user story titles, and votes in Firebase Realtime Database so the session works in real time. This data is ephemeral: rooms are temporary, and we do not tie session activity to registered user accounts because PlanITPoker does not require signup.

Analytics data

If you accept cookies via our consent banner, we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage information such as pages viewed, session duration, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use this data to improve the product and understand traffic patterns.

Advertising data

If you accept cookies, we display ads through Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-4213225705176303). Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve ads, measure ad performance, and personalize ads according to your settings.
